The Committee considered the instrument and agreed to report to the Senedd in line with the reporting point identified.
2.2 SL(5)562 - The Business Tenancies (Extension of Protection from Forfeiture etc.) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020
The Committee considered the instrument and agreed to report to the Senedd in line with the reporting points identified.

The Committee considered the instrument and noted the reporting points identified. The Committee will aim to consider the instrument further when the Welsh Government response is received before reporting to the Senedd.

The Committee considered the instrument and agreed to report to the Senedd to highlight issues as a result of the UK exiting the EU.

4.1 SL(5)567 - Disapplication of Curriculum Requirements in Wales Notice 2020
The Committee considered the Notice and agreed to report to the Senedd in line with the reporting points identified. In addition, the Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government to seek clarification on the dates quoted in the Notice and the Written Statement.
4.2 SL(5)571 - Modification of section 3 of the Education Act 1996 (Wales) Notice 2020
The Committee considered the Notice and agreed to report to the Senedd in line with the reporting point identified.
